Requirements
:
• Knowledge of mobile BTS Installation with the preference of Nokia 64TRX and 32TRX, Huawei RTN
• Knowledge of Ericsson RBS 6000/6102, Alcatel Lucent and ZTE radios is an added advantage. Any other BTS radio is desirable.
• GSM/3G/4G LTE installation
• Ability to handle and install BTS power and communication cables, with great cable management technique.
• Installation of BTS antennas for GSM/3G/4G LTE and 5G.
• Hardware troubleshooting and resolution of radio installation.
• Any accredited installation certification is highly desirable.
• Ability to observe and adhere to all HSE rules on site. A requisite training/certification is desirable.

As our Civils Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for:
• Building strong relationships with the stakeholders and collaborating with them and other teams to ensure continual healthy stakeholder relationships

• Extensive knowledge of NRSWA, SRoH, CDM and Permits
• Experience in managing the project staff
• Experience in financial control and preparation of weekly productivity reports
• Good awareness of Health & Safety and Quality Assurance Procedures, Roads and Street Works Act 1991, Construction Design Management Regulations and Section 74 Regulations.

Our Fibre Delivery Manager will be working as part of a friendly team and be responsible for planning, scheduling, implementing, controlling, and evaluating the ongoing projects.
• The management of the day to day project delivery within a geographical area, including delivery to requirements, safety, quality, street works and supplier performance
• Ensuring all agreed client and internal KPIs are met or exceeded
• The financial monitoring of the project., ensuring an accurate forecast and that this is adhered to, keeping the team informed of forecasts and changes and managing the scope meticulously
• Working closely with the Fibre Planner and the Fibre contractors to ensure the required work steps are delivered on time.
• Creating and delivering project work plans and revising as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Managing and leading FTE field engineers responsible for ongoing cabling contracts
• Managing all project staff, overseeing work schedules, and assigning specific duties accordingly
• Determining the resource requirements for the completion of all works throughout the project term
Requirements
:
• Experience in leading, motivating and managing teams
• Understanding and knowledge of FFTP build, Openreach and Civils delivery
• Experience in Supplier/Contract management
• Experience in splicing testing, testing and fault finding on fibre optic networks
• Experience and qualification within street work and understanding of the New Roads & Street Works Act.
• Extensive experience in working with/for telecommunications operators or service partners
• The ability to talk the ‘same language’ as civils and cabling contractors
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to become an active part of our operational team, supporting the fibre department within a thriving telecommunications environment. The ideal Quantity Surveyor should have a strong understanding of sales & cost aligned with the forecast, ensuring contracts with clients are adhered to and progress tracked in order to maximise sales value. This role will also involve overseeing functions in the team which include job receipt and how the site is tracked to completion, to ensure we have a continuous improvement approach. We would expect you to hold excellent oral and written communication skills, allowing yourself to present a commercial performance at regular meetings and develop key relationships in terms of client/suppliers/internal.
As our Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for:
• Subcontractor and application management
• Client management and engagement
• Producing commercial performance data for weekly and monthly accounts
• Tracking progress against resources and subcontractors and creating a sales league table by value for all teams from the rate cards on measured work
• Ensuring WIP values are minimal against the agreed payment terms of a contract
• Managing subcontractor retentions and recovering costs and liabilities against accounts
• Managing all activities that generate additional value outside the rate cards
• Reviewing all material suppliers are aligned to allowance in rate cards and influence any possible improvement on the margins.

• Previous experience in managing a P&L at £5m and above

• To coordinate defects, permits, and notices in accordance with NRSWA using Street Manager
