Requirements

• Knowledge of mobile BTS Installation with the preference of Nokia 64TRX and 32TRX, Huawei RTN
• Knowledge of Ericsson RBS 6000/6102, Alcatel Lucent and ZTE radios is an added advantage. Any other BTS radio is desirable.
• GSM/3G/4G LTE installation
• Ability to handle and install BTS power and communication cables, with great cable management technique.
• Installation of BTS antennas for GSM/3G/4G LTE and 5G.
• Hardware troubleshooting and resolution of radio installation.
• Any accredited installation certification is highly desirable.
• Ability to observe and adhere to all HSE rules on site. A requisite training/certification is desirable.

Our Fibre Delivery Manager will be working as part of a friendly team and be responsible for planning, scheduling, implementing, controlling, and evaluating the ongoing projects.
• The management of the day to day project delivery within a geographical area, including delivery to requirements, safety, quality, street works and supplier performance
• Ensuring all agreed client and internal KPIs are met or exceeded
• The financial monitoring of the project., ensuring an accurate forecast and that this is adhered to, keeping the team informed of forecasts and changes and managing the scope meticulously
• Working closely with the Fibre Planner and the Fibre contractors to ensure the required work steps are delivered on time.
• Creating and delivering project work plans and revising as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Managing and leading FTE field engineers responsible for ongoing cabling contracts
• Managing all project staff, overseeing work schedules, and assigning specific duties accordingly
• Determining the resource requirements for the completion of all works throughout the project term
Requirements
:
• Experience in leading, motivating and managing teams
• Understanding and knowledge of FFTP build, Openreach and Civils delivery
• Experience in Supplier/Contract management
• Experience in splicing testing, testing and fault finding on fibre optic networks
• Experience and qualification within street work and understanding of the New Roads & Street Works Act.
• Extensive experience in working with/for telecommunications operators or service partners
• The ability to talk the ‘same language’ as civils and cabling contractors
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

As our Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for:
• Subcontractor and application management
• Client management and engagement

• Tracking progress against resources and subcontractors and creating a sales league table by value for all teams from the rate cards on measured work
• Ensuring WIP values are minimal against the agreed payment terms of a contract

• Reviewing all material suppliers are aligned to allowance in rate cards and influence any possible improvement on the margins.
